Rurouni Kenshin New Kyoto Arc (Special Edition)

Good evening everyone,

We're pleased to announce our latest release with Rurouni Kenshin New Kyoto Arc (Special Edition) with English Subtitles.

First off, I want to thank padepadou for being generous enough to supply us with the source for this release and my wife, Micchan, for helping with the translations. On that note, we've tried to incorporate the translation styles from the Media Blasters / Sentai Filmworks and the Viz Comics into something that takes the best of each of these and blends it into one package.

The Special Edition of New Kyoto Arc features new footage throughout the feature that wasn't in the original 2 part OAV released back in 2012. As well, there are a few dialogue adjustments and the removal of the English voice given to the captain of the Purgatory black ship.

This release is presented in 1:1 with the original BluRay containing uncompressed video @ 1920x1080, PCM 2.0 and DTS 5.1 channel surround. Also included is the BluRay menu as is the music video 「feel you」.

Transformers Car Robots (Updated + Bonus Material + Marionette English Cover)

This is an update to our original release

What's included:
Episode 1 (updated script)
Car Robots Encylopedia
Marionette (English Cover)
Model Sheets (updated)
New Cybertron Warriors, the Buildmasters, Appear Scans
The Stargate Battles
Transformers 15 Go! Go!
Translated Scripts and Fonts (updated)
Complete Reference Guide (updated)

Description: The reason for this update was that we were provided a lot of extra bonus material that we weren't aware of from Transformer fan Walruslaw. After reading through the model sheets, we discovered an error with one of Gigatron's attack call outs. This has been corrected as well as a small spelling mistake. The script file has also been updated with this release as well as the reference guide.

We're also proud to present The Angelic Autobot's English Cover of Marionette. We hope you enjoy this song as it was a lot of fun to create in the studio.

Friday afternoon update

With the week coming to an end, we move one day closer to a release of Car Robots. It's been a long journey up until now, and translating this show hasn't been easy at all. So we really hope everyone appreciates the effort that has come from many people from North America and Japan to make this show possible.

Tuesday Update - Things are still on track for a May release.

Just giving everyone a quick update. Over the last week, we've had some assistance called in to BraveMax from MetaSUBS to help Nina out with a number of the translations for episode 35 since it involved a lot of jokes and whatnot. Thankfully that is behind us and we're nearing the end.

We're still on track for a release within the next 10 days so please look forward to it!

Thank you again to everyone for their support given @ www.tfw2005.com/ / cybertron.ca / allspark.com

Promotional Poster #2

Thursday marked the 30th Anniversary of the Transformers brand and although we would have loved to have released our project coinciding with it, it would have simply been as Build Boy stated in episode 20: A corner-cutting construction job!

We've been hard at work again this evening cleaning up the remaining episodes and things are looking really good. Although we don't want to set any hard  release dates (as things can come up), we should have a release within this month.

Promotional English Cover Music - Blazing Overdrive 「Car Robots Go! We're Autobots」

As part of our promotional campaign for the upcoming release of Transformers Car Robots, we worked in collaboration with our good friend and vocalist named Glocktimus Prime and his friend who's an audio mixer and engineer named DJ Short Pants. This was a lot of fun to do and we ask everyone to support him as he's an excellent vocalist!

You can listen to the track here via Glocktimus Prime's Sound Cloud. While you're at it, check out the other material he has to offer!

Promotional Poster

Just a quick update that we're nearing completion of this project. We should have a few promotional materials coming out shortly before the big release! Things are going quite well with the grammar check and some of the re-scripting of the dialogue. Thank you again for your support and patience!

Car Robots Update: Quality Control / Notes

Over the next several week(s), our Quality Control team will be looking over the episodes to make sure they're ready for release. It's amazing how you can watch an episode over a dozen times and still find small grammatical errors or translations that need to be tweaked.

For the final release, we'll be including a translator's notes highlighting cultural and historical explanations behind scenes and dialogue within the series. We highly recommend everyone take a look at this document after watching each episode to get a better understanding of the show.

Transformers: Car Robots - Principle subtitling is now complete

Great news for everyone out there. Transformers Car Robots is nearing completion. All of the principle subtitling has been completed and now all we need to do is verify the remaining translations with our native speakers and transfer the SRT files to Aegisub and clean everything up. This very exciting for our team as this feels like a long time coming. Stay tuned for more updates!

Transformers: Car Robots Complete Series is nearing completion

After many years of work, Transformers Car Robots is nearing completion. We don't have an ETA on a release date but it should be within the next few months -  at least if all goes well. We thank our fans out there for their understanding in waiting so long for this series to be done. It's been quite a journey with a lot of work involved by friends and family.
